What should I put in my message?
Your company name and, if something isn't working, what you did and what happened. A screenshot helps. For an error from the Public API or the MCP server, include the
correlation_id it returned.How do I stop an AI assistant's access to my account?
AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT reach Mojeeb with an API key. Revoke the key on the API Keys page of your dashboard and every assistant using it loses access at once.
