Your Right to Delete: Under GDPR and other data protection laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We respect this right and have made the process simple and straightforward.
At Mojeeb, we take your privacy seriously and respect your right to control your personal data. This page provides detailed instructions on how to request deletion of your data from our systems.
Types of Data Deletion
1. Account Deletion
Deleting your account will remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, company details)
- All conversation history and chat logs
- Custom AI training data and configurations
- Analytics and usage data associated with your account
- Payment and billing information
- All team member access and data
2. Partial Data Deletion
You can also request deletion of specific data without closing your account:
- Individual conversation histories
- Specific customer data
- Analytics data from certain time periods
- Training data for AI models
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Self-Service (Recommended)
1Sign in to your account
Go to app.mojeeb.app and log in with your credentials.
2Navigate to Settings
Click on your profile icon and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
3Go to Privacy & Data
Select the "Privacy & Data" tab in your settings panel.
4Choose deletion option
Select either "Delete Specific Data" or "Delete Account & All Data".
5Confirm your request
Follow the confirmation prompts. You may need to re-enter your password for security.
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account or prefer email communication, send your deletion request to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your account email address
- Company name (if applicable)
- Type of deletion requested (full or partial)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Any specific data you want to retain (for partial deletion)
What Happens After You Request Deletion
- Confirmation Email: You'll receive an email confirming your request within 24 hours.
- Processing Period: We process deletion requests within 30 days as required by law.
- Data Removal: Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
- Backup Retention: Data in backup systems may take up to 90 days to be fully purged.
- Completion Notice: You'll receive confirmation when deletion is complete.
⚠️ Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Please download any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion. Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon account deletion.
Data We Cannot Delete
Certain data may be retained even after your deletion request:
- Legal Requirements: Data we're legally required to maintain (e.g., financial records for tax purposes)
- Fraud Prevention: Limited data to prevent abuse and protect other users
- Anonymized Data: Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you
- Third-Party Data: Data shared with integrated platforms (must be deleted separately)
Data Export Before Deletion
Before deleting your data, you may want to export it for your records:
To export your data:
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Data
- Click "Export My Data"
- Select the data types you want to export
- Choose your preferred format (JSON, CSV, or PDF)
- Click "Generate Export" and download the file
Third-Party Integrations
If you've connected Mojeeb to third-party services, you'll need to:
- Revoke Mojeeb's access in each third-party platform
- Request data deletion from those platforms separately
- Remove any webhooks or API connections
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does deletion take?
We process requests within 30 days. Complete removal from all systems including backups may take up to 90 days.
Can I recover deleted data?
No, deletion is permanent. We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion.
What about my team's data?
If you're an admin, deleting the account affects all team members. Individual team members can only delete their own personal data.
Will I receive a refund?
Refunds are handled according to our Terms of Service. Generally, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
